A typical Reiki session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. At your first appointment you'll meet your practitioner and have a short introduction or chat about the process and your expectations or intentions. Let your practitioner know about any symptoms you want addressed or any places in or on the body that you would like them to focus on.
